DoTerra's Deep Blue rub is a winner! The rub has an icy warm sensation that penetrates the skin. I know runners using this to comfort leg pain after a run, others appreciate how it provides temporary comfort to low back pain, knee pain, foot cramps and head pain.

Deep Blue also comes in pure essential oil form and in a roller ball bottle. The oil can be layered with the rub. Place 1-2 drops of the oil on the area needing to be soothed, wait a couple of minutes, then add a dime sized amount of the rub on the same area. Repeat up to 3x/day. The roller ball can be used directly on the area needed, on the bottoms of the feet, or the back of the neck. Given its icy warm sensation do not apply to sensitive skin, open wounds, or on children.
